This is our little band of chirpy chicks.
The large birds are Orpingtons, reknown for their docile friendly nature, making them ideal first time chicken keepers chickens, they lay large cream to pale brown eggs with deep yellow yolks.
The medium size brown birds, are Chocolate Orpingtons, increadably rare and commanding a high price for eggs and birds. I have just a trio of these lovely little birds and hope to increase my stock this spring
The small birds with feathery legs are pekins, they are so cute and sweet, friendly little things that lay small cream coloured eggs
